“ We walked downstairs into this beautiful restaurant with exposed brick walls and wine racks floating above. We came for the risotto and only the risotto. Milanese with Veal Chop and Chianti Risotto with braised meat. We were given breadsticks whilst we waited as the cooking time was around 45 minutes. Both arrived hotter than lava but very tasty. The chianti risotto wasn’t the prettiest to look at but we weren’t instagramming these. The bill came to €75 with a glass of wine each. ”
“ A true hidden gem. Searched for best risotto in Milan near Cenisio/monumentale area (where I stayed) and came across Guyot. A charming restaurant at the basement level with friendly staff. Amazing starters (we had the parma ham and cheese), the Milanese risotto was lovely, chianti version too. Tiramisu to die for. The wine selection extensive too. Price is reasonable for the quality. ”

Everything was excellent. Our server was very helpful and picked a wonderful white wine from Venezia. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food was sublime.
